ausland sommerloch festival July 27th-29th 2012

It's always the same in July and August: The sun shines bright, Berliners finally turn into somewhat friendly people - it could be the perfect summer... but ausland, one of your favourite venues in town, is closed due to "summer break", or however they call it. Not this time! From July 27th-29th, ausland takes a break from summer break, featuring 2 nights of programme inside ausland and a long Saturday afternoon of concerts and readings outdoor in the beautiful yard of Lychenerstr. 60 in front of the venue, not least celebrating 10 years of ausland, which was founded in 2002 - but in the wintertime...

... save the date: On this 2nd day of ausland's sommerloch festival, there'll be outdoor concerts & readings to be enjoyed in the yard of Lychenerstr. 60 throughout the afternoon and evening - along with cool drinks, sunshine and Pandita's choice of tunes. Programme already starts at about 16:00 Uhr (!) in the afternoon, featuring: Ann Cotten & Sebastian Unger (poetry reading), Margareth Kammerer (songs), duo Carl Lindh & Pär Thörn (electronics improvisation), Tisha Mukarji (Tuning #1 / composition) & TODOSCH ("Delaware" / songs). Come and celebrate the 9th summer of ausland with us...
