Die Sendung mit Coolhaven verschiebt sich leider aus dringlichem Anlass auf den 10.3. denn es gibt die seltene Möglichkeit Charlemagne Palestine live im Studio zu haben. Der amerikanische Künstler war gerade zu Gast bei der transmediale um für die Eröffnung das Carillon-Glockenspiel im Tiegarten zu spielen, eine legendäre Peformance. Freut Euch also auf exklusive Aufnahmen dieses Events von Paul Paulun, sowie auf das Studiogespräch von Gregor Hotz mit C.P.
An 28 Tagen im Februar können die Berliner wieder Kunst, Kultur, Musik, Diskussionen und Events auf 99.1 FM hören.
Über 200 in Berlin lebende Künstler, DJs, Filmemacher, Schrifsteller und Underground-Helden werden die Frequenz rund um die Uhr füllen. Von der Hochkultur des Hebbel am Ufer über das Haus der Kulturen der Welt bis zu Independent-Kinos wie die Kino Brotfabrik und das Babylon, wird der Kinofunk alles abdecken. Zusätzlich gibt es Musik aus Clubs, Bars und ausgewählten Locations wie dem WMF, Maria, SO36, Freudenhaus und dem ausland. Events wie die "transmediale" und "clubtransmediale", werden in Kooperation mit dem Londoner Künstlerradio "Resonance FM" gefeatured. Dieser weitere Monat UKW-Radio ist Teil eines Plans, Herbstradio ein ganzes Jahr "On Air" zu bringen. Der Fokus liegt auf dem aktuellen und fortlaufenden Kulturleben Berlins.

The show with Coolhaven is unfortunately switched to the 10th of February, because there is the rare chance to have Charlemagne Palestine live in the studio. The american artist had just been playing the camarillon-glockenspiel of Berlin Tiergarten to open for transmediale, a legendary performance. Be pleased to hear the exclusive recording of this performance done by Paul Paulun and a talk with Gregor Hotz and C.P.
For the 28 days of February, Berliners can once again tune into 99.1 FM for art, culture, music, discussions and events. Over 200 Berlin based artists, DJs, filmmakers, writers and underground heroes will fill the airwaves 24/7. From the high culture of Hebbel am Ufer and the House of World Cultures to the independent cinemas like Brotfabrik and Babylon, Kinofunk covers it all. Also there is music from clubs, bars and assorted scenes: WMF, Maria, SO36, Freudenhaus and ausland, just to name a few. Events like transmediale & clubtransmediale are also featured, along with a cooperation with the London based artist run radio, Resonance FM.
This one month broadcast is part of a bigger plan to realize Herbstradio as an 11 month event radio demonstration - with a focus on temporary and ongoing cultural life in Berlin.
