Liebe, Stinktiere und andere Katastrophen: Auf seiner Lesereise anlässlich der Leipziger Buchmesse macht der New Yorker Autor Justin Courter Halt im ausland und liest aus seinem Romandebüt Skunk, das kürzlich auch auf Deutsch erschienen ist. Aus Stephan Glietschs Übersetzung trägt Nagel, Autor von "Was kostet die Welt" und früher Sänger der Band Muff Potter, vor.

Mechanical tearings or organic squeaks, the instrument is a tool to instinctively express the sound whose form has to be constantly re-carved. In this way, the fundamental aesthetic choices are related to the basic instrumentation, namely two basses, and are inspired by the meetings to expand the artistic discourse while keeping free and spontaneous improvisation as a guideline.

Nach einer Analyse exemplarischer Modelle aus den Minima Moralia wird Francesca Caligiuri in ihrem Vortrag zeigen, wie eine Interpretation des verdinglichten Lebens bei Adorno aussehen könnte, die – wenn auch nicht nach dem Muster einer analytisch detaillierten Deutungstheorie –  eine kritische und heute noch anschlussfähige Physiognomik dessen zu leisten vermag.
