Alexa D!saster DJ, Musikerin und Crossover-Künstlerin, lebt und arbeitet in Berlin.
Als Klangforscherin und Plattensammlerin baut sie obskur-exotische DJ-Sets, gerne auf einem Fundament aus Underground-Dance-Musik und nimmt das geneigte Publikum mit auf eine Reise durch schillernde Soundscapes. Gastspiele als DJ gibt sie regelmäßig in Berlins Subkultur-Spots, anderswo in Deutschland und Europa.
Als Musikerin arbeitet Alexa D!saster (ebenfalls bekannt unter ihren Monikern AL-D! und Disastrowitsch) mit Loops und Effekten und erschafft mittels E-Gitarre, Elektronik und Gesang eine cineastische Stimmung. In Livesets improvisiert Alexa gerne mit atmosphärischen Lo-Fi-Elementen und bewegt sich dabei irgendwo zwischen Shoegaze, Psychedelic und Filmmusik.
Alexa D!saster ist Resident bei Mutant Radio und erzählt in ihrer monatlichen Show D'SASTER MOMENTS die Geschichten hinter der Musik.

Alexa D!saster is a DJ, musician and crossover artist based in Berlin.
She's a sound explorer and record collector. Her obscure-exotic dj-sets are often based on underground dance music and will take you on a sonic journey. She's spinning her records in Berlin's subculture spots and elsewhere in Germany and Europe.
As musician, Alexa D!saster (a.k.a. AL-D! / Disastrowitsch) works with loops and effects and creates a smooth, cineastic atmosphere. She plays electric guitar, electronics and vocals. Alexa often uses improvised and atmospheric lo-fi elements in her sets, and moves in the fields of shoegazer, psychedelic and film music.
Alexa D!saster is resident at Tibilisi's Mutant Radio and reveals in her monthly show D'SASTER MOMENTS the stories behind the music.
