COAX Collectif

COAX is a musicians cooperative created in 2008 and based in Paris.

It represents bands engaged in a modern approach, with aim of sharing, connecting its music, building bridges between audience and artists. It also intends to provide live performance spaces for musicians.

Diversity of artistic proposals places it at the crossroad of a multiplicity of styles, from free acoustic modern music to violent electric noise or from chaotic jazz to complex instrumental composition

In 2010, Coax members decided to create an independent record label, releasing albums in the same way they make music, trying to think and build their own cultural production mode.
