Matthew Collings (UK)
The Edinburgh-based composer released his solo debut 'Splintered Instruments' (produced by Ben Frost) on Fluid Audio in January 2013. He says, “Emotionally this record comes out of reckoning with the destructive forces in my life. I’ve felt my whole life as if there is an immense, violent force ready to come out of me...” He creates an electro-acoustic world of melancholically melodic and neoclassically-tinted ambient-noise rock soundscapes.      listen

KETEV (IL)
Ketev is a post techno project by Berlin-based sound artist and composer Yair Elazar Glotman. Phasing patterns from reel-to-reel tape loops being manipulated by 4-track cassette decks creating roaring textures above slow shifting rhythmic mantras. In his latest work, the immersive sound installation '>1000Hertz' in collaboration with Andre Wakko and Tommi Koskinen parabolic shapes resonate with frequencies, creating a network of sound.   listen

Stefanie Sixt & Markus Mehr (DE)
Within „B C H I J“ Markus Mehr and Stefanie Sixt are exploring the phenomenon of faith and religion. It is an audiovisual examination of the five biggest communities of faith: Buddhism, Christianity, Hinduism, Islam and Judaism - taken as examples for religious groups. The piece is an audiovisual observation and an exploration. There is no right or wrong. It is a contemplation, seen from a neutral point of view.  listen
