 hae?!

  wieso macht das ausland denn jetzt schon sommerpause!?
  wo soll es denn bitteschoen sommer sein? in kamtschatka?
  nichtmal ron sommer laesst sich irgendwo blicken.

  der neudeutsche wuerde ja sagen: summerbreak, yo!
  das uebersetzten denn wieder andere als: sommerbremse.
  deren karma wirkt auf die gesamtsituation ein und 
  so sieht's dann wieder aus am himmel. na danke auch.
  hoffentlich gebt ihr wieder gas im herbst auf der
  ueberholspur ins

This is the Galactic Boredom Council. As you will no doubt be aware, the plans for boring the 
various regions of your intellect require the building of a cyberspace express route through your 
favourite venue, the ausland. Therefore,we are having a summerbreak until the end of the universe 
or the end of summerbreak - whatever comes first. Thank you.

There's no point in acting all surprised about it. All the summerbreak warnings have been on display
 at the ausland toilet walls for 
several of your Earth minutes, so you've had plenty of time to 
lodge any formal complaint and it's far too late to start making a fuss about it now.
