Aus Wiens Underground Musikszene hervorgegangen, gilt Blueblut als eine ihrer faszinierendsten Combos. Das Trio, gegründet von drei musikalischen Powerhouses, die in ihren jeweiligen Sphären Jazz, Elektronik und Avant-Rock wohlbekannt sind hat die Intensität des Rock, die Weite und Offenheit der Elektronik und die messerscharfe Präzision und wilde Improvisation des Jazz.
In der nun zehnjährigen Geschichte von Blueblut haben sie auf ihren unermüdlichen Tourneen das Publikum in ganz Europa, Japan und Südamerika begeistert und wurden vom Geschmacksmacher-Blog Louder Than War und Picking als "...der effektivste Weckruf, den Sie jemals erleben konnten" beschrieben. Lob gab es auch über den großen Teich hinweg, als die Brooklyn Rail (USA) erklärte: "Die meisten dieser Melodien wirken wie hochgradig abstrahierte, gut ausgeführte Coverversionen von Popsongs, die es nie gab."
Außerdem erhielt das Album "Andenborstengürteltier" 2020 den "Critic’s Choice" Preis der Deutschen Schallplattenkritik.

Tonia Reeh ist bekannt für ihre Solo Performances als Monotekktoni und als Front Sängerin und Gitarristin für Indie Bands wie Masonne, Das Zuckende Vakuum und Jagoda. Um 2010 offenbart sie eine überraschende Parallelwelt: sie läßt Sampler, Keyboards und Gitarrenverstärker zurück und besinnt sich auf ihre musikalischen Wurzeln: die schlichte Kombination von Klavier und Stimme. Eine Wiederentdeckung, die eindrucksvoll auf zwei Alben bei dem Hamburger Label Clouds Hill dokumentiert ist.
2014 begann sie mit Rudi Fischerlehner zu touren, der auch Schlagzeuger u.a. von Xenofox, Der Dritte Stand und Gorilla Mask ist, ausgehend von der Idee, einige der Percussion Effekte, die Reeh auf ihren Solo Platten eingesetzt hatte, auch live umzusetzen. Fischerlehners unorthodoxes Spiel beeinflusste den Sound des Duos zunehmend und es entsteht etwas neues Frisches – La Tourette.
La Tourette haben seitdem zwei Alben und eine Compilation an Out-Takes veröffentlicht, die allesamt Punk schreien und Soul atmen.

Emerging from Vienna’s thriving underground music scene, Blueblut is arguably one of its most intriguing combos. The trio, founded by three musical powerhouses, famous in their respective spheres of jazz, electronic and avant-rock music, have the intensity of rock, the space and openness of electronica and the razor sharp precision and wild improvisation of jazz.
In Blueblut’s now ten years history, they have wowed audiences across Europe, Japan and South America on their relentless touring, being described as "...the most effective wake-up call you could ever experience" by taste-maker blog Louder Than War and even picking up some praise across the pond with the Brooklyn Rail(U.S.) declaring
"Most of these tunes come across like highly abstracted, well-executed cover versions of pop songs that never were."

Tonia Reeh is known for her solo performances as Monotekktoni and as a front singer and guitarist for indie bands like Masonne, Das Zuckende Vakuum and Jagoda. Around 2010, she reveals a surprising parallel world: she leaves behind samplers, keyboards and guitar amps and returns to her musical roots: the simple combination of piano and voice. A rediscovery that is impressively documented on two albums on the Hamburg label Clouds Hill.
In 2014, she began touring with Rudi Fischerlehner, who is also the drummer for Xenofox, Der Dritte Stand and Gorilla Mask, among others, based on the idea of implementing some of the percussion effects Reeh had used on her solo records live. Fischerlehner's unorthodox playing increasingly influenced the duo's sound and something fresh was born - La Tourette.
Since then La Tourette released two albums and a compilation of out-takes, all of which scream punk and breathe soul.
