Chris Janka, geboren in Salzburg, lebt in Wien.

Janka abeitet als Musiker, Komponist, Klangforscher, Künstler, Maschinenbauer und Tonstudiobetreiber an der Schnittstelle von Musik über neue Medien und Sound Art zu technischen Fragestellungen und Interdisziplinären Umsetzungsmöglichkeiten.

Janka ist Leiter des experimentellen Soundlabs an der Kunstuniversität Linz.
