Hanna Hartman is a Swedish sound artist, composer and performer living in Berlin. Hartman studied Literature and Theater history at the Universities of Uppsala and Stockholm, Radio and Interactive Art at Dramatiska Institutet and Electroacoustic Music at EMS in Stockholm. Since around 1990 she has composed works for radio, electroacoustic music, sound installations and numerous performances all over the world. She does also write pieces for instrumentalists.

The two artists Biliana Voutchkova and KA / Cornelia C. Müller meet and create a symbiotic real time composition bringing together elements of various genres and aesthetics connected to their backgrounds. They met in Poschiavo for the past two summers where Biliana was at the "uncool" residency program hosted by Cornelia, and they had a number of occasions to play and share wonderful moments both artistically and personally.

The three musicians Jennifer Allum, Ute Kanngiesser and Dimitra Lazaridou-Chatzigoga are central to London's experimental music scene. Their paths crossed at Eddie Prévost's workshop about three years ago. Individually, their unique musical voices have been shaped by an ongoing exploration of the sounding possibilites of their instruments. As a trio they produce precisely woven string sounds, prismatic frequencies, oblique rhythms, not free from a jarring of elemental temperaments. Patience manifests into the core of their music. Jennifer, Dimitra and Ute have released a number of recordings available from Matchless Recordings, Another Timbre and Confront Recordings amongst others. Their trio appears on Workshop Concert.
“My favourite however may just be the Allum/Chatzigoga-Lazaridou/Kanngiesser all strings trio who intertwine little rhythmic patters, murmuring, atmospheric buzzes and softly coloured shimmering around one another to produce what is probably the most naturally coherent piece here.” (Richard Pinnell, The Watchful Ear)
