every body — person, plant, image, mountain, architecture, thing etc. — comes with an impulse to seek alliances that enhance their vitality, striving to be more than the functions and places assigned to them. every body can consent or refuse to be in such alliances with anyone-anything for any amount of time.
during their residency at ausland, jee chan and stefan pente // post-DUO // will continue with their experimental endeavours into what they term "buntes-rauschen (colorful-noise)". they will be collaborating with vacuum cleaners, balloons and other air-carrying things, as well as recording what they encounter.
a public showing in accordance with covid-19 public health guidelines is scheduled for november 1. detailed information regarding the showing will be announced shortly.
