moving hands music magazine :
From just reading the biography for this record I really get excited because this sounds to be just like my cup of tea. Melancholic soundscapes, far away from sterile laptop music sounds perfect.
Kutin is Peter Kutin a member of the Vienna-based electro acoustic-trio “Dirac” and this record was created between December 2005 and June 2006 and from what I read in the bio it was very roughly mixed and apparently that is a positive factor to the sound of this album.
This is a very slow and minimal ambient music that grows from small tones to larger sound images and evolves into new songs. Very hard to explain but this is not your typical dark ambient, but something at least for me, new. It sure is nice and relaxing music. Now leave me alone, I'm gonna close my eyes and drift away.
