Rhodri Davies wurde 1971 in Cymru, Wales geboren. Davies ist ein Harfenist, der traditionelle Konzepte des Harfenspiels durch Präparationen, verstimmte und gestrichene Saiten und den Gebrauch von ebows konfrontiert.

Davies arbeitet im Bereich von neuer, experimenteller und improvisierter Musik. Er erforscht Noise, live electronics, Stille, Texturen und abstrakte Geräusche. Er wohnt seit 1995 in London und trat in den USA, Japan, Kanada, Hong Kong, Singapore und Europa auf.
