Eve Risser's musical researches are based on the exploration of paradoxal piano sounds. After musical studies in East of france, Paris and Baltimore, she decided to go further in the musical research through improvisation and composition. Based in Paris she is involved in organizing contemporary and improvised music live performances and the label UMLAUT.

Pierre Borel, Axel Dörner, Joel Grip and Sven-Åke Johansson are all well known figures in the European, Asian or North American music scenes. The four musicians of different generations can be called outstanding, bordercrossing sound researchers and have performed in different constellations. They focus on improvisation and sound, interaction and confrontation, impulse and reaction, intense observation and dispersive silence with an open direction.
